Eligibility

  • 30 days from delivery date

  • Like-new condition (unused, original packaging)

  • Opened journals or stationery: eligible for store credit after inspection

  • Damaged or defective items: eligible for replacement or refund immediately

  • For damage/defects, include photos of the item and packaging

Costs and refunds
